Self-directed Learning

Our school offers a self-directed learning course in senior secondary levels to encourage students to set personal goals, establish study routines, and cultivate a positive learning attitude.

Students are required to set annual learning goals, devise study plans, and create schedules. They also need to regularly review their learning progress and test performance to adjust their learning strategies accordingly. The course aims to enhance students' learning skills, such as organizing class notes, creating study materials, and effectively using assessment tools, to improve learning efficiency. Teachers primarily act as facilitators in the classroom, providing appropriate suggestions and discussion opportunities, giving students greater freedom in their learning, and promoting self-directed learning.
