  • Principal K.M. Leung

    Dr Thomas K. M. Leung graduated from the Faculty of Science of the University of Hong Kong and taught in secondary schools. He furthered his studies in universities, completing a Diploma in Education, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology (equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology), a Master's Degree in Education (Counselling), a Master's Degree in Education (Teaching of English as a Second Language), a Master's Degree in Arts (School Improvement and Leadership), and a Doctorate of Education (D.E.D.) in 2007, conferred by the University of Western Australia.


    Apart from teaching in secondary schools, Dr Leung has been a full-time Teaching Consultant of the Faculty of Education of the University of Hong Kong since 1998, where he teaches courses on teachers' personal growth, educational psychology, student counselling, science teaching and supervision, etc. He has also served as a part-time lecturer in a number of universities, including the Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Baptist University and the Hong Kong Institute of Education.


    Dr Leung then taught in a subsidised secondary school and was appointed Deputy Principal in 2010 and promoted to Principal in 2014. In September 2024, he became the Principal of Fukien Secondary School (Siu Sai Wan).
