Fukien Secondary School (Siu Sai Wan) is rich in cultural atmosphere, with exquisite artworks such as Chinese calligraphy, paintings, and sculptures displayed throughout the campus, from the entrance to the classrooms. Students gradually learn to appreciate art, enriching their cultural understanding.

The school also emphasizes greenery, cultivating flourishing plants and trees. In 2001, it received the “Greening School Subsidy Scheme” Outstanding Greening Campus Award, and in 2002, it received two Excellence Awards for the Tree Planting and Potted Flower Project.

In recent years, the school has enhanced its teaching facilities and introduced new educational concepts to create a better learning environment. In 2015, the optimization of the New Gwong Waa Library was completed. Additionally, a Career Planning Room was established to strengthen group and individual counseling for students' life planning. In 2016, the original Multimedia Language Learning Room was transformed into the "Multimedia Diverse Learning Center" (I-CENTER), encouraging students to engage in self-directed learning using various electronic teaching tools. The "STEM MAKER STUDIO" was established in 2018 to promote student autonomy and creativity. Moreover, the multifunctional hall, "Wong Kwong Han Memorial Hall," was inaugurated in September of the same year, serving as an important venue for lectures, workshops, extracurricular activities, and lunchtime performances.
