Except for Form 6, which does not accept any transfer applications, all other levels are open to transfer applications throughout the year. However, the number of students admitted will depend on the remaining places in the school.
Notes on applying for admission to our school
(1) Application fee: Free
(2) Applicants are required to submit an application letter, in which they should introduce themselves and briefly state the reasons for applying for transfer. The application letter can be written
(3) Applicants can only submit their application to the University once each academic year. If the application is unsuccessful, they may apply again in the next academic year.
(4) Application forms can be downloaded from the following link or obtained in person at our School Office.
(5) The completed application form must be submitted together with an application letter and the following documents:
- I) Copy of Hong Kong Identity Card
- II) Copy of academic transcripts for the past two years
III) Copies of other certificates or awards (if any)
Applicants may choose to submit the above documents by post or in person to the school. All personal data will only be used for admission applications and
will not be returned to applicants regardless of whether the application is successful or not. A written test (Chinese, English, and Mathematics) and an interview
via telephone will occur within two weeks.
Applicants who do not meet the admission requirements will not receive any
notification.
