  • Little Experience 1:

Once, some students did not get ideal results in the unified test. When I was reviewing with them, to remind them not to regret it in the future, I used the story of a boy in the class as an example. I thought he didn’t mind because he was usually lively and cheerful and not fussy about details. Unexpectedly, I received a text message from him that night, sharing his inner feelings. Fortunately, this incident did not have too much impact on him, and he also accepted my apology. The incident reminded me of a reminder from a senior when I first entered the industry: every student is unique, and you need to spend time getting to know them and not just looking at the surface.

    Little Experience 2:

"Thank you for sending me to face the challenge in Form 3." The person who said this to me was a Form 5 student. In his third year of junior high school, he was passive and introverted. Apart from learning how to learn, he did not participate in any school activities. It seemed that his campus life was only about studying. So, half forced and half encouraged by me, he participated in an extracurricular activity. After this event, his life seemed to have opened up another window. His figure began to appear gradually in different corners of the campus. When he was in Form 5, he also became the leader of an important student organization in the school. Sometimes what students lack is just encouragement, a push, or an insight. When they experience it, their enthusiasm and ability will exceed our expectations
